    SPHX-2200 type semi-automatic carton glue machine can be used for the gluing of A-A , A-B model two sheets or singlesheet carton forming. This machine can replace the manual box gluing , reduce labor intensity . Compared with the traditionalbox glue machine, can save labor and greatly improve the quality of products which is compared with the above two cartonglue process ,because of different working ways.

    This machine adopts the frequency adjustment , PLC central control, and equipped with the high speed clutch, accurateoperation control. The feeding system is equipped with powerful suction feeding, can transport the single and double sheetsof paperboard. When the machine do two-sheet carton forming, the two sheets of paperboard will be glued in the dynamicmolding (hot melt adhesive), with high accuracy. After joining together of two sheets , the worker fold the carton in foldingforming unit . This machine only need two operation workers .
